PM Estates have an exciting full-time opportunity to join the friendly and dedicated team working within a thriving office in the heart of Bishops Stortford with the scope to develop and progress within a proactive and supportive environment.

This varied role will include dealing with all aspects of residential letting and property management to include liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors, arranging repairs and routine maintenance, conducting property visits as well as involvement with tenancy move in process. The role is fast paced, which would suit a highly organised, personable individual. Experience within the industry is preferred however we will consider all applications for the right candidate. ARLA qualification preferred but not essential, as full training and support will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
