Our client purchased this spacious ground floor property mid-tenancy and was happy to allow us to continue with managing the property on their behalf. As an overseas investment landlord, they were looking to secure long term professional tenants and maximise rental potential.
During their first break in tenancy, our client attended the property in order to liaise with us and provide us with a vision of what they were looking to achieve with the apartment.
Our first step was to re-decorate the property throughout including all walls, ceilings and woodwork. This had instantly provided the apartment with the crisp look that our client was aiming to achieve.
The next step was to remove the original carpet that was in place at the property. This was replaced in both the hallway and living area with fossil grey wood style flooring and in the bedrooms with hand selected and matching carpet.
During the extensive renovation process, it was noted that the furniture was dated and may require upgrading. The owner of the property elected to utilise a trusted bespoke furniture manufacturer to enhance the finish of the apartment.
Our final steps will be to complete the property with a full and professional clean ready for the new tenants to take up occupancy at the end of September 2018.
